Biography

Dr Heba Soliman is the training manager and director of the University Center for Career Development, Port Said University. She is an IEEE Senior member. Member of the National Committee for Sustainability and Governance. Member of the National Council for Women. Member of the strategic planning center of Port Said University. Coordinator of Sustainability committee of Port Said University. Member of the international ranking committee of Port Said University. A sustainable development goals SDGs trainer. A professional member in the International Council for Small Business ICSB. An ambassador of IEEE Region 8 Entrepreneurship Initiative. A professor of Antennas in the faculty of engineering, Port-Said University. She has been teaching electromagnetics, microwave engineering, antennas theory and applications, electromagnetic wave propagation, Signal processing and digital communication systems for about twelve years. She is also teaching Thinking skills development depending on the Sustainable Development Goals SDGs. Gained the specialization “AI in Healthcare” presented by Stanford Medical school. Completed the courses: Introduction to Healthcare, Introduction to Clinical Data, Fundamentals of Machine Learning for Healthcare, AI in Healthcare Capstone and Evaluation of AI in Healthcare Applications. Her research interests include wireless channel modelling, antenna design and analysis, Artificial Intelligence AI applications in medical systems and intelligent transportation. She has several research papers in peer reviewed international journals with ISI impact factor and has participated in some national and international conferences. Working as a supervisor for many MSc and PhD students. Trained in the University of Alabama at Birmingham UAB Sustainable Smart Cities Research Centre SSCRC on Smart Systems for Smart Cities and on designing Smart Poles. Trained also in the Electrical Engineering Department on Connected Vehicles Cloud Computing. Online Continuous Education with the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Smart cities management. She has working experience according to the Pearson higher education standards to the TVET students in AAST.
